Why contractors are a perfect fit for this

Home service companies spend real money on Google, Local Services Ads, and Meta. Most of their leads are phone calls. And the thing that matters (a booked job that turned into a paid invoice) happens days later inside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber, where the ad platforms can’t see it.

So Google optimizes for calls and form fills. Some are $12,000 generator installs. Some are people asking if you sell light bulbs.

What we build

Revenue-backed conversions. Booked, completed, and paid jobs sent to Google, Meta, and Microsoft with invoice values, matched to the ad click or to hashed customer phone and email. See offline conversion tracking.

Audiences that update themselves. Past customers excluded from new-customer ads. Unsold estimates retargeted. Generator and HVAC owners (from installed equipment) reminded about maintenance. Members excluded so you don’t pay to reach people who already call you. See Customer Match and custom audiences.

A website built from your jobs. Service and town pages with real completed-job counts, price ranges drawn from actual invoices, and reviews tied to specific work. Programmatic SEO done right, which is what we did for Heiser Group across a dozen service cities.

Call attribution that closes the loop. Tracking numbers, booking widgets, and forms all carry the ad source into the job record.

Each platform is a little different

  • ServiceTitan has a deep API and its own Marketing Pro suite that already covers Google and Meta for many contractors. Access for outside developers goes through certified apps or customer-built apps on higher tiers. Sharing API keys with a third party is prohibited.
  • Housecall Pro offers API access on its higher plans.
  • Jobber has a developer platform with a GraphQL API.

We scope which path fits your plan and your tools before promising anything.

What we don’t do

We don’t replace your field software, and we won’t try to talk you out of a tool that’s working. If your platform’s built-in marketing features already send revenue to your ad accounts, we’ll tell you, and focus on the parts that are missing.

Questions we get

We use ServiceTitan Marketing Pro. Do we need this?
Maybe not for Google and Meta: Marketing Pro can send job revenue and customer lists to both. Make sure it's actually configured and flowing first. The gaps we usually fill are Microsoft Ads, a website and SEO built from job data, and reporting across every channel.
How do you connect to ServiceTitan?
ServiceTitan allows two paths: a certified app from its marketplace, or a customer-built app, which requires The Works or Enterprise Plus. It prohibits sharing your API keys with outside parties. We work inside those rules and scope the right path on the first call.
Most of our leads are phone calls. Can those be tracked?
Yes. Call tracking numbers tie a call to the ad or search that produced it, the call becomes a booked job in your field software, and the job's invoice goes back to the ad platform as the conversion.
Can job data help SEO?
Yes. Completed jobs by town, real price ranges, equipment installed, and reviews tied to specific jobs make service-area pages that are specific and current, which is exactly what thin 'we serve your city' pages aren't.
