HubSpot to Google Ads and Meta, with real deal revenue.
HubSpot knows which leads turned into revenue. We make sure Google, Meta, and Microsoft know it too, and push customer value back into HubSpot for sales.
What we pull from HubSpot
- ● Contacts and lifecycle stages
- ● Deals, pipeline stages, amounts, and close dates
- ● Stored click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid) and original source
- ● Form submissions and meeting bookings
- ● Company and owner fields for segmentation
Where it goes
- Google Ads Offline conversions with revenue, enhanced conversions, Customer Match lists
- Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Conversions API events with revenue, custom audiences, lookalike seeds
- Microsoft Ads Offline conversions keyed on msclkid or hashed email and phone
- Google Analytics 4 Server-side events and revenue through the Measurement Protocol
The gap between a HubSpot lead and a Google conversion
Most HubSpot setups tell Google Ads one thing: a form was submitted. HubSpot knows much more. It knows which of those contacts became a sales-qualified lead, which ones opened a deal, and which deals closed and for how much.
Google, Meta, and Microsoft don’t know any of that unless you send it. So they optimize for form fills, and your sales team keeps getting leads that look nothing like your customers.
What we build
- Click ID capture on every form. gclid, gbraid/wbraid, fbc, and msclkid saved as HubSpot contact properties, plus hashed email and phone as a fallback. See click IDs explained.
- Deal-stage conversions. When a deal hits a stage you care about (meeting held, proposal sent, closed-won), a sync sends that conversion with the actual deal amount, or a predicted value for early stages.
- Platform sends. Google through the Data Manager API, Meta through the Conversions API, and Microsoft offline conversions.
- Corrections. Deals that fall apart or get refunded are sent back as adjustments.
Data flowing the other way
HubSpot is often where sales lives, but not where the customer history lives. For our own companies we push lifetime value, purchase history, and customer segments from our data warehouse into HubSpot every day, so a rep opening a contact sees what that customer actually buys before picking up the phone.
When HubSpot’s native sync is enough
If you have a short sales cycle, one product, and deals that are all roughly the same size, HubSpot’s built-in ad conversion events may be all you need. Turn them on first. We come in when deal values vary, when there’s revenue outside HubSpot, or when you need Microsoft Ads and audiences built from deal data.
Questions we get
- Doesn't HubSpot already sync conversions to Google Ads?
- HubSpot's ads tools can send lifecycle stage changes to Google and Meta, and for simple setups that's enough. The usual gaps: values are often fixed per stage rather than the actual deal amount, click IDs aren't reliably captured on every form, and Microsoft Ads isn't covered.
- How do we get the gclid into HubSpot?
- A small script on your site stores click IDs in a first-party cookie and fills hidden fields on every HubSpot form. Each click ID gets its own contact property, so it travels with the contact to the deal.
- Can you push data into HubSpot, not just out of it?
- Yes. We regularly push lifetime value, order history, and customer segments from other systems (a store, an order system, a data warehouse) into HubSpot contact properties so sales sees the full picture.
How the pieces work
Offline conversion tracking: make your ads bid on revenue
Your ads optimize for whatever you call a conversion. If that's a form fill, you'll get more form fills. Offline conversions teach them to find customers who pay.

That random string on the end of your ad URLs is the key to sending sales back to the ad platform. Most businesses throw it away.

Google moved offline conversion uploads to a new API on June 15, 2026. A lot of CRM-to-Google setups stopped working and nobody noticed.
